XBOX ONE announcement...

I'm a gamer. I buy consoles for the video games. I don't ever watch movies or listen to music with my consoles. Because of that publishers/developers tied to a console are very important to me.

I am sorry Microsoft but the Xbox One does not seem like a good fit for me...at least according to the reveal announcement.

NFL? TV channels? Browser? Blu-ray? Okay, those are neat features I won't be using much but I do like options so just okay

So let's talk about games.

EA has a new engine which should be impressive if it wasn't shown like pre-conceive motions and animations. It looked like straight CG. They talked about the new AI, the thinking process of the sport, and the motion of the player. Showed nothing on the subject. Boo.

You show me a graphic/visuals demo of cars racing with Forza 5. Looks decently detailed.

It wouldn't blow anyone's mind.

How about Quantum Break? A trailer which majority of it was shot with real-life video capturing. My first thought: "Didn't Resident Evil do this like 15 years ago?" Not impressed.

Oh...Call of Duty?

Attention grabbed!

I already saw Battlefield 4's trailer...wait...I meant BATTLEFIELD 4!!!! That trailer aka gameplay was soooo sick so the bar has been risen but I have high hopes from Infinity Ward.

And then...

That's it? Words flashing on a screen...then clips of stuff happening with the camera follows the player. Absolutely no footage from the player's eye (aka FPS)!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Clips were so fast I thought they were trying to hide something...like an unfinished engine or tweaked gameplay/bad performance, etc.

Eh, at least I can switch to TV on the fly when I'm unimpressed with the video games.

"Xbox, show me more"

Marvel Heroes on Steam coming June 4th! Come and play superhero with me..y'know you want to !

Dear gamers of the universe,

In just about 3 weeks Gazillion Entertainment's Marvel Heroes the first ever Marvel-based MMO video game !!! will be released for the PC on Steam ... FOR FREE! No, this is not a facebook-esque eww social game with cheap mini-games and time-based "missions". This is a full-fledged action RPG ala Marvel Alliance with character progression to level 30, loot drops, cooperative play, particle aka gem crafting.

Does all that sound kind of familiar?

DUH! It's Diablo!

Makes sense seeing how one of the main collaborators developed Diablo and Diablo 2.

So yes. FREE! Creator of Diablo. Marvel Superheroes. Steam.

I don't know why you wouldn't play this let alone try it out.
I would.
I will.

JUNE 4th!

Yes, the game does use micro-transaction as a way to create profit for this project meaning you can purchase characters if you don't feel like playing with just one character out of 5 btw..., costumes, special xp boasts and other items. But all that is optional! seeing how you may unlock characters through loot drops

Long story short. Download it on June 4th on Steam and invite me to play with you.

My steam account: Dsilva1216.

Thank you and level up.

http://www.usatoday.com/story/tech/gaming/2013/05/06/disney-ea-star-wars/2139523/

Now that Lucas Arts no longer exists :( , Disney the new owner of Lucas Films and Star Wars has chosen EA !!! to be the sole developer and publisher of new Star Wars video games for the next few years.

That means developers like DICE... BATTLEFRONT! sorry. got a bit excited there ^_^  , Visceral Games !!! again...i know and Bioware really but not really get to have their spin on the legendary franchise.

If you had to think of a game any of these developers should make with this franchise, please tell in the comment box below.

Wolfenstein: The New Order by Bethesda -1st Trailer-

This trailer is very well put. The soundtrack and narration are suburb. I wish half the games that came that are released were as good as their trailers.
